International March for Science

To show support from the community of cruisers for Science, a group of cruisers in the George Town anchorages joined together at the iconic sign post in front of Chan n' Chill on Volleyball Beach, Stocking Island, Elizabeth Harbour, Great Exuma, Bahamas.

Cruisers joined people from all over the world to show support for Science and rational fact-based thought to guide our world-civilization forward through perilous times.

Cruisers' Action Plan for Science

  • Practice what you believe and nurture and protect the environment you are fortunate enough to enjoy living in.
  • Remind your political representatives that Science is important to you & the world and needs to be nurtured.
  • Demand rational thought and fact-based & scientific discussions and actions.
  • Call out "Alternative Facts" when you hear or see them for what they are: lies by another name.
  • Resist placement of anti-science trolls in positions that can adversely affect Science & the World.
  • Remember: If you do not support science — who will?
